Science & Mystery Fiction Mash-Up

atgomes, September 5, 2022August 16, 2024

I’m a fan of Mystery Fiction. I enjoy reading classics of the genre as well as contemporary works. I’m particularly thrilled when I find a science fiction novel with a murder mystery plot.

Here are some books I believe fit this description:

  • The Demolished Man – Alfred Bester, 1952
  • The caves of Steel – Isaac Asimov, 1954
  • The Naked Sun – Isaac Asimov, 1957
  • Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep – Philip K. Dick, 1968
  • The Robots of Dawn – Isaac Asimov, 1983
  • To Say Nothing of The Dog – Connie Willis, 1998
  • Altered Carbon – Richard K. Morgan, 2002
  • The Automatic Detective – A. Lee Martinez, 2008
  • Leviathan Wakes – Daniel Abraham and Ty Franck, 2011

If you have a science fiction and mystery mash-up book suggestion, please enter it in the comment box.

Cheers!
